We process your data only for the following purposes and based on the following legal basis provided for in the GDPR:

 

a. Processing in the context of contract execution

We process your data in the context of fulfilling our contracts with you, to process orders and deliveries. This processing takes place in order to fulfill a contract or it is required to fulfil a legal obligation of Perception Park.

 

b. Use of website

When you visit our website www. perception-park.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

 

IP address of the requesting computer, date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, website from which access is made (referrer URL), used browser and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

 

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes: Ensuring a smooth connection of the website, ensuring comfortable use of our website, evaluation of system security and stability as well for further administrative purposes.

 

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when visiting our website.

 

c. Newsletter

In addition to order and contract-related communication, from time to time we also send newsletters by e-mail with general legal information, information about Perception Park and our products, product developments and product innovations – this is provided on a voluntary basis, free of charge and without any liability for completeness and correctness. Our newsletter may be addressed to

Perception Park employees: Only those Perception Park employees who need to know your data in order to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes will have access to it.

 

Third parties: Within the scope of contract processing activities, it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. tax advisers, insurance companies, service providers of whom we make use of and to whom we make data available, etc.), courts or authorities (incl. tax offices). Your data will only be transferred on the basis of the GDPR, in particular in order to fulfil your order, on the basis of your prior consent or on the basis of statutory provisions.

 

Processors: Your data will also be processed by processors on our behalf. These are in particular marketing tool providers, IT service providers (in particular computer centres and IT maintenance services) and providers of software solutions. These processors process your data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

 

Some of the recipients of your data mentioned above are seated or process your data outside the European Union (in so-called third countries). The level of data protection in these countries may not be the same as in Austria.   • rectificaton of wrong data,
  • data portability,
  • restriction of processing as well as
  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”).

 

If you are of the opinion that our processing of your data violates the applicable data protection laws or that your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority (in Austria: the Data Protection Authority).

 

5. Right to object

If your personal data are based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR are processed, you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct mailing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying any particular situation. 6. Data security

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the site visit, in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Whether a single page of our website is encrypted is shown by the closed representation of the key or lock icon in the lower status bar of your browser. We also take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

 

7. Duration of storage of your data

We only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as otherwise necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations. In any case, we store the data you disclosed until the expiry of limitation periods for any legal claims (in particular to defend ourselves against any liability claims) or for as long as this is required by statutory retention obligations.
