Sorting Coffee

The Perception of the month July shows the inline identification of mature and immature coffee beans by Chemical Color Imaging. By using industrial image processing on theses Chemical Colors, system integrators can now design their own machine vision solution.

Hyperspectral data were provided by the Fraunhofer Institue IFF and were captured with a Hyspex SWIR camera.
