We are searching for a male/female employee for sales of software solutions and for design and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. You know how to structure a successful sales team, have creative ideas and know how to increase sales numbers? Then you are the perfect candidate.

Who are we?

Perception Park is located in Graz, Austria and is a very well known innovator in the field of industrial Hyperspectral Imaging. We enable our customers to see chemical properties of materials invisible to the human eye. This creates new opportunities in industries like recycling, food processing, quality assurance, health care and many more.

What is your task?

Establishment of the sales department, expansion and ongoing maintenance of permanent customer relationships, cooperation with distributors worldwide, acquisition of new distribution partners, further development of business relationships with existing customers, order processing, independent scheduling coordination, close cooperation with the software development team, visit of international trade fairs and product presentation at trade fairs and at customer locations, customer visits worldwide, with most of the work done from the business location in Graz. Determination of customer needs, participation in budgeting, documentation of deviations of target-actual sales, support of projects from customer acquisition to implementation.

What requirements are associated with this job?

You have several years of experience in the sales of technical solutions, ideally in international sales, preferably in the IT sector. Your education has a technical and commercial background with the main focus on commerce. You are fluent in English, have high customer orientation, personal responsibility and personal commitment. Furthermore, you are a team player and highly flexible. You prepare for international customer visits by familiarizing with the customs of other countries. Several trips a year with a duration of 1 - 2 weeks are what you enjoy and international trade fair visits are a matter of course for you. You own a class B driving license, have very good Microsoft Office skills and you feel confident with social media platforms of all kind, which is your everyday life.
