The Perception of the month October shows a liver cell. This is a great example of applying hyperspectral cameras on microscopes and using Chemical Color Imaging. The present hypercube was captured in reflectance mode and pre-processed with the first derivative and normalized. the color interpretation was made by the Perception Method: 'Combine Principle Components". Although we cannot say what the exact differences are, but we can see that there are many differences in the cell.

The hyperspectral cube was provided by Surface Optics and has been captured with the SOC710VP, a portable VIS/NIR hyperspectral imaging system
